Orders cannot be canceled once placed and all returns must be approved in writing by ROUS. If you would like to make a return, please email info@roushardware.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to return. The item(s) must be in their original condition (no usage or damage), including all packaging, fasteners and purchased directly from roushardware.com. If the item(s) appear used, we have the right to refuse a return or make deductions from the final amount refunded. We offer complimentary outbound shipping on all orders; however, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be mailed with tracking to the return address on the original parcel received. Any refund will be processed and applied to the original form of payment within ten business days. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of either a flat one hundred dollars or fifty percent of the order total, whichever is greater. All orders over five hundred dollars are final sale (non-returnable / non-refundable). Paid shipping is never refundable. Returns can be made within five days of tracking date of delivery (the tracking date of delivery counts as the first of the five days) – after five days – we are unable to accept returns. Fulfillment and delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees.
