We want you to love your ROUS pieces – and if not – we offer a straightforward way to return them.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed and all returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by ROUS. If you would like to make a return, please email info@roushardware.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to return. The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging and fasteners (no usage or damage) and purchased directly from roushardware.com. Purchases from other retailers or sales channels need to be returned through them. If the item(s) appear used, we have the right to refuse a return or exchange. We offer complimentary outbound shipping on all orders; however, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be mailed with tracking to the return address on the original package you received. Any refund will be processed and applied to the original form of payment within 10 days. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of either a flat $100 or 25% of the order total, whichever is greater. Paid shipping is never refundable. Returns can be made within 7 days of delivery – after this time – we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
