Orders cannot be canceled once placed and all returns or exchanges must be approved in writing by ROUS. If you would like to make a return, please email info@roushardware.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to return. The item(s) must be in their original condition (no usage or damage), including all packaging and fasteners and purchased directly from roushardware.com. If the item(s) appear used, we have the right to refuse a return or exchange or make deductions from the final amount refunded. We offer complimentary outbound shipping on all orders; however, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be mailed with tracking to the return address on the original parcel received. Any refund will be processed and applied to the original form of payment within 10 business days. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of either a flat $100 or 50% of the order total, whichever is greater. All orders over $500 are final sale (non-returnable / non-refundable). Paid shipping is never refundable. Returns can be made within 5 days of delivery (the date of delivery confirmed in tracking counts as the first of five days) – after this time – we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Fulfillment and delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees.
